Committee Chairs:

Morgan Vina, Chair


The Budget & Finance Committee is responsible for raising funds for the ARCC and submitting a biennial operating budget to the Executive Committee based off of the Committee’s income projections and priorities

Mason Butler, Chair


The Communications Committee is responsible for outreach to local media and managing ARCC’s social media. In addition, this committee is also responsible for press releases and tracking local media publications.

Sean Lenehan, Chair


The Data Committee shall be responsible for keeping ARCC’s database and website up to date and sending email and text communications on behalf of the Committee when needed.

Herb Mannis, Chair


The Election Integrity Committee is responsible recruiting Republican poll watchers and election officers for each precinct in the City of Alexandria, which shall be done in coordination with the Precinct Organization Committee. This committee shall ensure poll watchers understand the proper guidelines and procedures for rapidly reporting and resolving any abnormalities which may be observed regarding Elections and Voter Registrations within the City.

Paige Sass, Chair


The Events Committee is responsible for carrying out special events at the direction of the chairman, such as the annual ARCC Fall Picnic. This committee will also assist on fundraising events as needed.

Kim Molthen, Chair


The Membership Committee is responsible for recruiting new ARCC members across Alexandria’s 32 precincts. This committee is also responsible for encouraging an active membership promoting fellowship and goodwill among the members of the ARCC.

Jeff Choudhry, Chair


The Policy and Research Committee shall be responsible for conducting political research on behalf of ARCC and crafting policy positions as directed by the chairperson.

Barbara Lewis, Chair


The Precinct Organization Committee is responsible for organizing Republican volunteers and developing a Republican organization in all of Alexandria’s 32 precincts. Key responsibilities include staffing polling places during early voting and on election day.
